So what is a Septum Piercing anyway?
The septum, technically the "nasal septum", is the piece of cartilage that divides your nostrils, separating the left and right airways in your nose. Usually the cartilage is not what's pierced, but rather the small gap between the cartilage and the bottom of your nose. Humans have been piercing their noses for centuries, all across the globe. 1. Obviously, you need to be a fan of Septum Piercings. It does not matter if you actually have one or not, so long as you admire them.
